We arrived in New Haven last week... soooo many boxes! The boxspring for our bed wouldn't fit up the stairs so Brian took the saw to it and cut the bottom boards and then we could flex it to get it upstairs. Worked great.... after a couple of nights of sleeping on the bed, we realized we were both sinking to the middle. We repaired it with metal brackets but it took up a huge amount of time. Brian started work this past week and is busy settling in and adjusting to being at work all day. I had my first job interview this past week and was "recommended for hire" so we are waiting on the paperwork for that. What a relief to know I have something lined up! Nana (my mom) and Elizabeth (my niece) came for the week and have had a great time hanging out and helping around the house. Here are some pictures of Kenan playing with his new sprinkler ball (thanks TJ/Sanj/Kieran!). He loves it!!!! It blew all the way down the street the other day and a neighbor brought it back!
