One Month birthday!

Kenan is one month old today... and wearing 3-6 month outfits!!!

Trip to NC and SC

Kenan was a champ on his first road trip to NC and SC this past weekend. We helped Nana and Jason celebrate their birthdays. Here's a picture with Nana and Grumps in Charlotte and another with Kenan playing with Daddy at the hotel.

Nap time!

Here's a naptime picture. This is the first time he has slept in his crib without being swaddled. I guess he is getting used to the outside world :-)

At his doctor's visit on Tuesday he weighed 10 pounds, 1/2 ounce and was 22 inches long. This is a weight gain of 12 1/2 ounces since birth. He grew 1 1/2 inches in just 10 days! We were amazed at how long he is!

Here's a picture of Kenan at 1 day old and Brian at 15 hours old. I think it is amazing how much they look alike!

Week 2-- open those eyes!

Here are some pictures with Kenan's eyes open (pictures are a little fuzzy, but they were the best I could get). His eyes are a deep blue, for now. We'll see what color they end up being. Brian's mom sent a picture of Brian when he was an infant and he and Kenan look IDENTICAL! It is amazing! I am going to try to scan in the pictures to put on the blog.
